Hello, I’m Christine. I’ve been a certified beautician in Aesthetics, Cosmetics, and Perfumery since July 1987. Originally, I studied fine arts and spent two years at an art school, where I fell in love with body painting. Wanting a recognized qualification, I went on to obtain a CAP (national vocational diploma) in Esthetics. As my passion for makeup artistry grew, I pursued advanced training with renowned brands such as Visiora (Dior’s professional line) and Make Up For Ever, eventually completing a private makeup certification with Sophie Lecomte.
After working for several years as a makeup artist, I felt drawn back to the calm, detailed care of pure aesthetics. I refreshed my knowledge through additional training, worked in various beauty institutes, and finally decided to start my own business in July 2000. I began by offering at-home services, then seized the opportunity to purchase my own storefront in Aix-en-Provence at the end of February 2016. Since then, I’ve taken pride in creating a warm, friendly environment a true “like at home” feeling so my clients can enjoy a girly, cozy, and pampering experience.
Sharing my passion has always been important to me, so I regularly welcome interns and apprentices. I’ve had the pleasure of training five alternates so far, all of whom successfully earned their diplomas. Beyond teaching, I’m constantly seeking out the best and latest innovations in our industry—one of which is IPL (Intense Pulsed Light). I spent years testing IPL on myself and with my clients, noticing how it effectively helps those with ingrown hair issues or skin conditions that make traditional hair removal methods, such as waxing, difficult or uncomfortable. This technology offers a more precise, gentle approach for many people, and on my site, I share all the tips, insights, and benefits I’ve discovered.
